Steve has previously worked as an aircraft engineer, and within the FE Sector as Head of Capability and Head of Training & Quality for three large scale aerospace organisations. A former Vice-Principal and Operations Director for a Technical College, Steve is also a qualified teacher and has worked within the Aviation Industry since 2001.
